Gozo is an island in the Mediterranean Sea, off the north coast of Malta. It is a popular tourist spot due to its stunning scenery, including beautiful caves.
There are several historical sites on Gozo, including Ggantija Temples – one of the oldest freestanding structures on Earth (3600–2500 BC) – and Calypso Cave, where according to legend, Odysseus was held captive by nymph Calypso for seven years.
